Today I started my day fairly early - at 10.30. I did some exercise for about half an hour and then had breakfast - 2 boiled eggs with a bit of cucumber. I know what you're thinking - Jane, you did not have cucumber in your shopping list for the challenge. Indeed, I didn't, but I found a piece in my fridge and decided to eat it as I did not want it to go bad. I am not going to eat all of my foods I bought for the challenge anyway, so I think it's ok.
At 3pm I went to do an interview/focus group thingy for my coursemate and he provided us with some free snacks. You can only imagine how happy I was to eat something nice for a change. I had some Skittles, crisps, a banana and an apple -YUMMY! So this was my lunch for today. I don't think it can be counted as cheating as I got it for free.
For dinner I had another boiled egg with some boiled and grilled cauliflower. I also had 3 cups of tea today.
The problem I have had with this challenge is that I have been constipated... I haven't been to 'nr.2' for 4 days!!! I really can't wait to get back to my healthier diet!
Last day tomorrow luckily!:)
